Update #216

Oh, it's wonderful to know I'm going to write a short update.

The morning doctor told Jeff the current plan is for him to complete the Remdesivir on Wednesday. Then hopefully, Thursday he'll be discharged to head home.

The respiratory therapist came in to be sure Jeff is doing his breathing exercises to keep those lungs from becoming stiff. He does his machines like he was told.

Early afternoon, the infectious doctor stopped by. She told Jeff the plasma is not needed. Jeff is doing well with only the Remdesivir. That's good news meaning the plasma will be used for more severe patients.

Jeff did not see his regular pulmonologist today. One of the other local guys visited Jeff. He said yesterday's chest x-ray showed only a bit of fuzziness in the right lung.

Jeff said he feels a bit better each day. Today he even felt like shaving. He spent time texting and Zooming with friends. All good signs.

We cannot thank each of you enough for your encouragement, support, love, and prayers. They are uplifting to Jeff and us.
